    Meet Moody+Schafer

    Ryan Moody and Caleb Schafer have teamed up to bring you fast, effective design solutions.  They bring you 30+ years of combined experience in multi-family design and development. 

    A Little About US

    Ryan has built a track record of design excellence throughout his career. He has worked with some of the largest multi-family developers in the country, including over ten years at The NRP Group where he served as head of creative direction across their portfolio spanning over fifteen states. During his tenure at NRP they were awarded NAHB’s Developer of the Year/Builder of the Year four times and developed almost forty thousand units of both market rate and affordable housing. Ryan holds a bachelors degree in environmental design and a masters degree in land and real estate development from Texas A&M University and is also a LEED Green Associate. 


    In his spare time he likes to remodel homes with his wife, travel with their three children, or go hiking in the surrounding desert in his native West Texas.

    Caleb Schafer

    Caleb began his design career at Overland Partners Architects, and since venturing out on his own,  has provided architectural design and international award-winning renderings to both developers and architects for the past 15 years.  He is an active member of the American Society of Architectural Illustrators, and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture from Ball State University.  


    Caleb enjoys bringing high design to all areas of his life.  His design skill and entrepreneurial spirit are testaments to a family heritage of hard work, high design, and a "leave the world better a better place than you found it" attitude. 


    He and his wife have 5 kids, and enjoy traveling with them around the country in their motorhome gaining inspiration from both architecture and nature.
